Em Kelleher is a recent graduate from The Lir Academy with a passion for Costume and Set design. Recent design credits include costumes for Ghosted (Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2025) and Counting Puffins (Gaiety School of Acting 2025) and set design for Spring Awakening (Trinity Musical Theatre Society 2026) and Go West! (Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2025) Assistant Design for costumes include  L’incoronazione di Poppea and Die Fledermaus (Berlin Operfest 2025) aswell as Beards (LemonsoapProductions 2024) 

Em has a passion for sustainable practice and is the recipient of the Sustainability Leadership Award from Trinity College Dublin (2025). They are also a proud member of the ISPD ( Irish Society of Performance Design).

Outside of theatre, Em is a Video Editor and Photographer. They offer headshot services , create animations , multimedia artworks and edit for commercial and independent video projects. In 2026 Em sets out to develop AV and Sculpture skills to blend the theatrical experience with digital and immersive artworks
